Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and deliver rehabilitative care that improves mobility, relieves pain, increases strength, and prevents further injury. The PT will work with patients across the lifespan and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care
• Provide evidence‑based treatment to restore function and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on injury prevention and home programs
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient care
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient charges accurately
• Supervise PTAs, rehab techs, and students as applicable
• Promote patient safety, quality care, and professional standards (APTA)

Required Education & Licensure

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (required)
• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility upon hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• 1–3 years of healthcare or clinical experience
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
